Oletzke Companies offers a Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturer’s defects for the life of all Triple Towel® products. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care or negligence. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

What does “lifetime” mean?
Our products are covered under warranty, to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Product lifetime varies due to normal wear. The product's "lifetime" specifically refers to the life of the product, or at such a time that, through normal use, the product can no longer function for the specific purpose intended.
